As of 5/12/2025 inspection center is currently at the following dates.  

Received/Checked In (mailed to us) units in delivered as of 5/9

Inspecting units received/checked in as of 5/8

Once received and inspected should ship within 48 business hours. 

Out of warranty products should not be going to IC, we should be advising and suggesting age and offering to assist in placing an order for a new unit.

Keep in mind all IC cases MUST have a physical mailing address, and the case goes to the Product Pending queue.  If the IC case is closed, please do not add to it, requires a new case.

The inspection process once we receive the unit should take no more than 7 - 10 business days.
