Effective immediately (04/01/2026), any call in which the caller states they are a participant in a clinical study or mentions any of the keywords below should be routed to UCSF, which handles all study-related support.

When a caller mentions a study or trial, including references to OMRON‑AF, OMRON Connect, blood pressure study, UCSF, or the Eureka app, agents should identify the call as study‑related and direct the caller to UCSF, which manages all study inquiries and support.
