NE-U100 NO Power - Just Health Shops

This only applies to purchases made with Just Health Shops and the NE-U100 with no power

  1. Please make sure to note in the case where they purchased it from.  Other - retailer field
  2. Case work is in the consumers name. 
  3. We will replace it HOWEVER; they DO NEED send the other unit back as we investigate this issue.
  4. Yes, you send them a pre-paid label. It’s required per OHQ so no need to code the label.  We would prefer a emailed label please.
  5. Put the case in the escalation queue (salesforce) so our LO’s can add the new unit to the case and note it on our doc for Terri.
